South Valley is the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. They go out of their way to take care of you. Everyone is extremely kind and thoughtful and always communicate back to you. We love this pharmacy! The drive-thru is so convenient. But what I like the most is the amazing customer service. I go there often to get my Moms prescriptions and I really appreciate a smiling happy face... especially Michelle! She is so sweet. We have used their delivery service a couple times, and it has been very helpful when we couldn't make it there for pick up. Thank you for the great service!
BART and everyone here are so great! We use them for our special needs sons medication and they are so wonderful at always going above and beyond to make sure he has what he needs! Bart even went in after they had closed and made our sons pain medication after a major surgery and brought it to us they are AMAZING!!

Been picking up special eyedrops several times over recent weeks. With one exception, they were ready when expected...and only waited about 5-10 minutes the other time. Always been helped by friendly staff.
Have never had any issues with them. They supply the testosterone that my Hormone specialist prescribes. My specialist gets billed for the testosterone, so i can't speak to their prices, but they have always been friendly and helpful whenever I interact with them.
Every once in awhile you have such an amazing experience as a customer that it almost brings tears to your eyes because your faith in the human race is restored. That is how my interaction with Bart today made me feel. My mom asked me to pick up her antibiotics before they closed today, and I went home after work to grab a quick bite of food. Somehow, it was suddenly 6:20 and I realized they were closed and they weren't going to open again till Monday. I rushed over to see if anyone was still in the building, and they weren't, so I called the after hours number, and Bart texted me back just a few minutes later. He went back to the pharmacy and he helped me fill my mom's antibiotic. I am just overwhelmed with gratitude at his kindness. My mom has used this pharmacy exclusively for years, and now I can see why.
